These terms cover the Ranger app and this website. By using either, you agree to them. They’re written to be read, so if anything’s unclear, email phil.tgillett@gmail.com.

The app is free

Ranger is free to download and use. Tickets, memberships and sponsorships are sold by each centre, not by us. Any purchase is between you and the centre.

Information from centres

Schedules, maps, animal details and offers are provided by each centre, and they change them through the day. We show what the centre tells us, but plans change: weather, animal welfare and staffing come first. If something matters to your visit, check with the centre.

Using the map

The map is a guide to finding your way round, not a safety tool. Follow signs and instructions from staff, and keep to public areas.

Fair use

• Don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app or the website.
• Don’t book places on talks you don’t mean to attend.
• Don’t copy content from the app to use elsewhere without permission.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Ranger accurate and running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
